Hi, I’m Johanna. I’m a Senior Executive and Leadership Coach, and I work with professionals who want to change the way they lead — starting with themselves. My background is in business, not theory. I grew up in a fourth-generation family enterprise and spent over three decades leading in complex, high-pressure environments. That experience shapes how I coach: practical, grounded, and focused on real-world leadership challenges.
My purpose
I coach because I believe leadership starts with self-awareness. I’ve lived the transformation myself and I’ve seen it repeatedly in my clients — when mindset shifts, confidence grows, decisions become clearer, and relationships strengthen.
My role is to partner with professionals who want to lead with clarity, emotional intelligence, and confidence. Through coaching, I support you in navigating challenges, making thoughtful decisions under pressure, developing strong relationships, and leading yourself and others with purpose. We reflected on the year 2024, the challenges we overcame, what we learned from them, the goals we achieved, and the emotions that accompanied us—both the sad and difficult ones, as well as the good ones. For me, one positive experience further confirmed that I need to focus even more on my aspirations and passions, rather than external expectations. Thank you, Johanna!
