Session 1 – Emotional Awareness & Regulation in Leadership

- Regulation Ladder (Pause → Name → Reframe → Respond)

You will work on:
- Identifying your emotional triggers in leadership contexts
- Distinguishing between stress, threat, and ego activation
- Practising real-time regulation techniques for high-pressure situations

Outcome:
You increase your emotional capacity so pressure no longer dictates your behaviour.

Session 2 – Bias, Perception & Non-Judgement

Frameworks & Tools:
- Cognitive Bias Mapping (confirmation bias, attribution error, projection)
- Fact vs Interpretation Model
- Conditioning Reflection Exercise

You will work on:
- Recognising how your conditioning shapes leadership decisions
- Separating observable facts from internal narratives
- Reducing reactive judgement in conversations and conflict

You strengthen discernment and make clearer, more balanced decisions.

Session 3 – Authentic Leadership & Building Deeper Trust

You will work on:
- Aligning internal values with external leadership behaviour
- Understanding how others experience your leadership

Session 4 – Strategic Prioritisation & Decision Clarity

- Reducing decision fatigue
- Aligning priorities with long-term leadership direction

Session 5 – Boundaries, Delegation & Leadership Presence

- Delegation Maturity Model
- Comfort–Stretch–Panic Zone Application to Leadership

You will work on:
- Setting and communicating boundaries clearly
- Delegating for growth rather than control
- Expanding your leadership stretch zone without overwhelm

Session 6 – Integration, Influence & Sustainable Leadership

- Sustainable Energy Audit

You will work on:
- Clarifying the leader you are choosing to become
- Strengthening influence through presence and credibility
- Creating a sustainable leadership strategy beyond the programme
