Pre-Programme Component:
EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Assessment

Each participant begins the programme with a personal EQ-i 2.0 Leadership psychometric assessment, the world’s leading measure of Emotional Intelligence, scientifically validated and widely used across global institutions.

- Step 1  Assessment: Participants complete the EQ-i 2.0 online prior to the first session to establish their Emotional Intelligence baseline.

- Step 2  Individual Debrief: Each participant attends a one-to-one coaching session with the facilitator to interpret their report, explore strengths and development areas, and define key leadership goals.

This process ensures that learning throughout the programme is personalised, targeted, and measurable, providing both the participant and the organisation with clear developmental insights.
